Jennifer Smithson
Jennifer is a talented singer. She has been singing in churches, events, and special services her entire life, but her passion is leading worship.
​
Each Sunday, you can count on Jennifer to lead us into worship after much prayer and consideration. Jennifer doesn't just randomly pick songs, but seeks God and follows His guidance in order to lead the congregation into a real worship encounter with God.
The worship at Pitt Chapel is amazing, authentic, and sincere, and we invite you to come experience it for yourself.

Jennifer's husband, Stephen, pictured here, is the drummer on the worship team and is also on the Pastor's council. We are blessed to have the Smithson's at Pitt Chapel.
Youth Pastor
Glenn Bliss
Glenn loves kids, and has spent his entire adult life working with them. He has been teaching in church since he was 19 years old.
He retired in 2012 from the Pittsburg School District after teaching physical education for 40 years--20 years at the elementary schools and 20 years at the middle school.
Retirement did not slow Glenn down. He has coached track at the middle school, officiated high school football games, ran the scorer's table at all Pittsburg State football and basketball games, serves on the Parks an Recreation board, and runs the youth program at Pitt Chapel.
The best word to describe Glenn would be dedication. You can always count on Glenn's support and the fact that he will always be there when you need him.

Glenn's wife, Rose Mary, is a vital part of Pitt Chapel and faithfully cleans the church every week. We are so blessed to have the Bliss' in our church family.
Minister of Media & Education
Larry Norris
Larry teaches the Wednesday Night Adult Bible Study, and is in charge of our website and Facebook pages. Larry does a wonderful job of keeping our media updated and relevant.
Larry likes to tell jokes, play the drums, attend sporting events, and he loves the Green Bay Packers. Larry Norris is a great guy, a true servant at heart, and a blessing to everyone he comes in contact with.

Larry's wife, Alesha, hosts our coffee shop on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. Alesha also organizes our monthly ladies meetings. She is a blessing to Pitt Chapel.

Josh & Eileen lead our Children's Church ministry. Josh also plays the keyboard and sings on the Worship team. We are blessed to have them on our staff. They also are the proud parents of a 1 year old daughter, Becca.
